Why are Windows users doubtful about going for windows 10

I have just got settled with Windows 8.1 on my HP desktop It does everything I will ever
want. Yet the advert to install Win 10. Read so inviting.

I have win 10 on all of my devices, phone, tablets, laptops and desk as well, the only device with 8.1 is the desk in office...
