Why aren't any of my maps opening?

None of the maps opening

Yeah i used them for 6 months from yesterday night they are not opening.

and recently its switches off and turns on itself, sometimes responds slowly plz help to overcome from it. thanks

Are you seeing a screen that says, "Resuming" and it just loads and loads or maybe crashes? Do you have any Live Lock Screen type Apps or have you had any in use?

Do a Soft Reset. Hold the Volume Down + Power buttons about 10 seconds until the phone vibrates and reboots. Turn on Kid's Corner (or Apps Corner) in settings. Soft Reset again. Turn Kid's/Apps Corner off.

If the problem returns, Remove Cortana from your Start Screen or make the tile smallest and repeat the above.
