Why aren't games downloading with wifi on my Lumia 730?

games could not downloading in Wi-Fi in lumia 730???

Hi...iam using Lumia 730...in Wi-Fi connection I see the videos from YouTube & download files by using uc browser....but I could not download games in store...in Wi-Fi all internet access like WhatsApp & facebook working but in Wi-Fi indicates NO INTERNET...please help me...

Welcome to Windows Central.

Are you sure you're not downloading data through your 3G/4G mobile data? When WiFi is not available/not accessible, the phone normal reverts to 3G/4G for internet access... even if WiFi is turned on.

You may need to create a Windows Central account to be able to respond to the replies to your query easily.

Iam must surely say..my 3G data not using when Wi-Fi connection..and meantime Wi-Fi indicates NO INTERNET..but internet access well...now iam reply in same Wi-Fi connection...my problem is one....in Wi-Fi apps could not downloading in store but app searching is working...how many times you question me....this problems will correct or not

To be sure what's going on with your phone, try installing the Network Speedtest app. Proceed with the test and post the results of the tests here. If possible, post the full screen shot* of the test here. This way we could narrow down the problem and find a solution easier.

*- Screen shot - press the volume up and power button together, you should see your screen "flash".

Do you get any error message when trying to download a game?

Try checking the date and time in your phone if it is current
