Why aren't my photos syncing consistently?

photos not syncing consistently

The Photos app on my win10 pc is a few weeks behind the photos on my phone. Onedrive photos are also a few days behind. All are set to upload automatically.

This is beyond FRUSTRATING - I seem to now have to email myself if I need photos that I take during site visits which must be uploaded today.

OneDrive on my phone stopped syncing a few days ago. I went to OneDrive for the web and found that I can't upload, move, create folders, etc. Nothing works. Just says "something went wrong". Now there's a nice descriptive error for ya. Not sure what to do.
