Why aren't my voice apps working on my mobile phone?

Apps Voice calls are Not working in mobile

Skype, Whatsapp, Messanger and Mobile voice recorder not working in my mobile. I don't know this a virus attack or some settings problem. But Normal voice calls are working fine. If anybody knows pls let me know.
