Why aren't my wifi and apps working together?

Wifi and Apps not working together.

When I connect my Lumia 1320 to my WiFi, it gets connected. I can browse the internet. But my apps (WhatsApp, Hike, etc) and the Store stop working. Help!

Do they work if you connect them to cellular data?
And what is stop working do they crash or doe give a failure code?
What kind of wifi router you have?

Did you try turning your phone off and on?

I have this same issue, I already tried turning the phone on & off, I also tried the "lite reset" which is pressing the down volume + power button at the same time. LINE works & facebook, but not netflix, instagram or the app store.
