Why aren't names displaying in calls?

Names are not displaying in calls

Hi folks

I have lumia 925 and problem I am getting is specially in Singapore. Let's I have saved one no. with country code of Singapore. If person calls me, I don't get his/her name. I will get only if I save number without country code.

Any idea about this?

Go to settings > swipe to application > phone > change "international assist" setting
