SMS messages not arriving unless I'm in a call
Hi -
Unusual problem. Wife's 640 doesn't receive SMS. As soon as she's in a voice call the SMS's start pouring in. I also have a 640 that is working without issue. Reviewed our settings and made sure they are identical. She can send me SMS and I receive them immediately. When anyone sends her an SMS the delivery is delayed until she's in a voice call.
We've tried with WiFi on and off, same impact.
Any help appreciated
