Why can I no longer receive pictures
I have a Nokia Lumina 935 Verizon phone. I have used Straight Talk for may years without a problem. About 6 months ago, every time I received a picture, it goes into an unknown folder "Message not found". I have changed the setting and talked to ST customer service to no avail. any suggestions?
