Why can I not enter a person's organisation (employer) in their contacts fields?

Why can I not enter a person's organisation (employer) in their contacts fields.

I have just bought my first Window phone for my work and discovered there is no field in the contacts data to enter a persons company details. If office is meant to be for business then this is an incompetent oversight. Please tell me there is the functionality somewhere on the phone. (I note I can see the employer info if the contact was synced with my Outlook program on my laptop. That is not an acceptable work around.)

You mean you're not able to add a field under contacts?

There's a feature to edit a contact adding additional fields such as:

There is, if you in contacts go to "others" and then address and on the bottom of the page you can choose address type "work"
