Why can I not have Setting feature in lumia 1320?

a week ago I have upgraded my phone lumia 1320 to windows 10 from windows 8.1. I tried degrading OS back to the previous OS. The windows restoring software couldn't be downloaded in my phone so I resettled my phone. And after switching it on, I lost setting, camera, Internet setting and all others features of lumia phone.please help me

Download sysapp pusher from the store and check for updates via that app. Should help mi thinks
