Why can I not turn on my brandnew Nokia 2520 ?

Is there some difficulties in this step, to turn on ? I thought I could do it as easily, like on my Nokia Lumia 930

Those 2520s have a sleep/resume bug. Guessing it was never fixed. Try soft reset.
