Why can't anyone hear me on calls (Lumia 930, RM 1045)?

I HAVE MY LUMIA 930 ( RM 1045 ) Has an issue at micraphone.

Because of i have be heard the voice of other party but they haven't heard my voice.only ca getting the cl when attached the Hands free only . can anyone advise me?

It could be the noise cancelling mic, my son had to cover his with tape, he googled and found the solution.
