Why can't anyone hear me using Lync 2013 on my iPhone 6?

no one can hear me using Lync 2013 on my iPhone 6.

Install Lync 2013 app on my iPhone 6. everything comes up normal for Lync. When I make lync call, no one can hear me but I can hear them. Microphone appears to be fine on Skype, FaceTime, Rebtl. No one can hear me only on Lync app calls
