Why can't I connect to the store after the Lumia Cyan Update on my 620 Mobile?

Windows Central Question

Cannot connect to Store after Lumia Cyan Update on my 620 Mobile

HI

Recently I updated Software version to Lumia Cyan (OS version: 8.10.12393.890).
After that, Store is not reachable, though I got connected to WIFI/Mobile Data.

1. Only Whatsapp is reachable for now.
2. Internet explorer is not working
3. Bing Not working
4. Not able to SYNC MICROSOFT ACCOUNT
5. Not able to add any new email account in email+account.

date+time setting is manual and selected India region.

Please help on this.
