Why can't I create a new folder
As a complete technophobe I have just started with windows 10. And cannot use any shortcut or other means to create a new folder to store files in. Just get the blue circle of waiting.....waiting.....waiting..........then 'not responding' and I have to shut down the document folder and try again......and again.........
