Why can't I download apps on my 950XL??

I'm trying to download logo foundry. Official Starbucks also failed on me when i heard the news on here. When i click install, Store just closes. When I try to download these apps from My Library, it says "Try download again. Something happened on our end" Anyone else have this problem?

Yeah, I made sure to go to check for updates in the store and also check for updates under settings. Still nada. I'll try to connect while at home using Wi-Fi
