Why can't I download apps?

cant download apps

I bought a Nokia Lumia 630 for my daughter to use ( she is 8 ) I am trying to allow to ger to install apps. I have set up a windows account in her name but when she trys to sign in on the phone it says the email / password are incorrect. Am I doing something wrong ?

If you used her birthday in here account it may be a restriction because she is only 8. Try to use your ms account if you have used family safety.
