Why can't I download jdownloader?

Why can't I download jdownloader

After extracting the jdownloader.rar file using 7.zip, when open jdownloader to install it a small setup box appears and then disappears. I'm on windows 7 home 64, turning off my security isn't fixing it. Please help

Try running it as admin: Right click on the setup -> properties -> run as administrator -> ok.
