Why can't I download the Nokia software recovery tool for my Lumia WP?

why cant i download the nokia software recovery tool for my lumia wp.

I tried to down load i wont through softonic,but my firewall wont allow it.It says it is a virus threat.

Sites that create their own links to legitimate software often load "tools" into a bundle with what you are looking for, like search bar add ons for your browser. they get paid by disseminating a lot of junk "freeware." Avoid these sites and always look for the source of the program to download from.
