Why can't I download .xat files?

Cant download the .xat file

Earlier I used to download the .xat file from windows phone store and then could install it from the store app in "installed app" section. Now I couldn't download. Not such option exists now.

With the universal store, this option was removed We're not sure if it was an oversight or intentional.. You should report it to MS using the feedback app

Using the app on the phone is sufficient
