Why can't I install an app?

I have the 1020. I get updates on my Facebook page from Shape magazine. It has videos on workouts. When I click on the link it says I need an app and do I want to install. I hit yes and says no app available and takes me back to the post. When I install the App from the app store, it's free, it appears to install, but cant access it. What gives?
