Why can't I install Windows 10 on my Lumia 630 dual sim?

why cant i install windows 10 on my lumia 630 dual sim,

i downloaded the windows insider app but i don't even get the enroll option.. i tried the flashing too but it wont work., OS Version is 8.10.14234.375....plz help if possible

Welcome to Windows Central,

To enroll in the current TP your OS it has to be version number 8.10.14219.341 or earlier:
Supported phones for Windows 10 Technical Preview - Microsoft Windows
But with the next update this will be "fixed". And the next update could come probably next week.

I believe that Dual SIM has not been officially supported yet... Can't find the citation though.

I believe I heard the same, but it is part of the next set, when ever that may be.
