Why can't I install Windows 10 Preview on my Lumia 830?

help i cant install windows ten preview on lumia 830

hi all
I have the insider app but it says no new builds
so still stuck on windows 8.1.1
my phone is from 3 mobile in uk
its a Lumia 830
any ideas please
