Why can't I open any search results about system settings?

Cannot open any search results about "system settings"

When I click start, and then type in something related to system settings, I cannot open the search results. For example, when I click start, and then search "mouse", the "mouse and touchpad settings" shows on the search result list but I cannot click and open it.

okay, so what OS version are you on? You can check in settings > system > about > OS version/build. It should be 14393.5 or higher
