Why can't I open Asphat 8 after reinstalling it?

cant open asphat 8 after reinstalling it

cant open asphat 8 after reinstalling it, keeps asking if I want to use saved cloud progress data or local data profile, which ever one I choice says failed to log on or the app just closes.
