Why can't I open the store on my Nokia Lumia 520?

I can't open store on my nokia lumia 520

More than month i can't open nokia store.. Everytime i try i see : "There's a problem completing your request. Try again later..
Inquiring minds might find this error code helpful: ... " (and it shows me code. I changed region,i changed date and time, i made new microsoft accounts,nokia accounts but it doesnt works.. Help
