Why can't I re-start my phone?

I suddenly lost the control of the ringer (volume ) of my phone and decided to re-start it, but i received a warning sign and it has been so for the past 15 hours

Does it look like this?




Plug in so you have power, wait maybe 30-60 minutes just to be sure there is enough charge (because you've already been on standby with screen lit 15 hr +)

Tap Volume Up, Volume Down, Power, Volume Down in order and the phone should vibrate and you will see Gears:




The phone is now Flashing the last OS version held in memory. restore your backup during the setup process.
