Why can't I restore backup in Win10 M?

Can't restore backup! Win10 M

So I installed the new update today for my L535, and I have problem restoring backup. When I had to sign in with my account, I clicked ''skip for now'' (had my reasons) or somethnig. And now I signed in with my Microsoft account but it didn't offer me to pull a backup! Now I don't know what to do, do I have to reset the phone again to make it offer me a backup?
