Why can't I set an image on the lock screen or on the tiles?

I cant set an image on the lock screen or on the tiles

So I installed the lates build on my lumia 920 and i can't use any image on the lockscreen or in the tiles, does anyone have the same problems?

Have you done a hard reset. This has happened to me a few times and it only clears on my Lumia 735 with a hard reset. It seems to quash any strange niggles that are left over from the update process.

Thanks for answer, i will try this, 'cause i can't find another solution but i hate to do a hard reset.
