Why can't I update my Nokia 1320 to 8.10.14147.180?

My nokia 1320 updated to 8.10.12400.899. i did some research and found out it should be at update 8.10.14147.180, but when i try to update, it keeps saying my phone is already up to date. is this correct? or is there something wrong? also I'm on cricket wireless if thats a difference maker

OS Versions with 8.10.14xxx.xxx I think are only available for DP versions? Cause when I was sitll not on the Developer's Preview program the OS Version of my 520 is just 8.10.12393.890 and when I joined the DP Program I was able to upgrade mine to 8.10.14192.280 (Windows 8.1 Update)

Yes. The latest updates are only for those who are on developer preview. Otherwise you won't get it unless it has made official by Microsoft. Mine 1320 is running 8.10.14192.280 and just updated a few days back.
