Why can't I update os build 10.0.10586.164 after updated to 10.0.10586.218?

why i cant update os build 10.0.10586.164 after updated to 10.0.10586.218

i use lumia 535. i updated first to build 10.0.10586.107 Then few days later i checked and found build 10.0.10586.218 and instantly got updated. But still now i am facing super battery draining problem. i think that's because i escaped 10.0.10586.164 build. so what can i do?????

• under settings, check which apps can run in the background and disable them
• switch off wifi/cellular when not in use
• in messaging , don't keep skype connected
• disable auto upload of videos from camera roll, photos also
• don't show onedrive photos in camera roll
• disable automatic app updates and OS updates
