Why can't I upload videos to Facebook/Instagram/Snapchat?

I have the Nokia Lumia 925 for t-mobile. I really do love everything about it, but I'm getting so annoyed that I can't upload videos to any of my social networking sites especially Facebook and Instagram. It also gives me problems texting videos to people... is there a certain app for any of these sites that can help or what? I haven't found any forums about this issue to look at. I don't want to switch back to android or apple because of ONE problem...

For youtube you can use Auto-upload to YouTube and share it to social network you want.
