Why can't I use Cortana with the Denim update?

Can't use Cortana with denim update.


I m from India. I got my Update 3 days ago and i can't use Cortana.

Try selecting Regional format as "English (India)" in the region settings and Make sure you have added English (India) in Setting > Language

Set your language to English(UK). That is going to work for sure.

I don't see "Hey Cortana" section in settings..
What I am doing wrong?

OS Version: 8.10.14219.341
Chip SOC version 8974
Language: English (United Kingdom) -> Phone language: enabled; Regional format: enabled; Speech enabled; Keyboard: English
Country/Region: United Kingdom
Regional format: match phone language

I can activate cortana with button and she works just fine. BUT I can't wake her up with "hey cortana".
I am from Czech Republic and bought my Lumia 930 at authorized seller.

Any ideas? Please?

Edit: Ok, found out, that Czech Republic does not have Denim update for 930 yet ...
(can't post links so for reference just google "windows phone availability in europe")
And If you don't want to reload it every day you can use (can't post links so for reference just google "changedetection") to get mail about changes on the page with availability.
