Why can't I use my Nokia Lumia 630?

why cant i use my nokia lumia 630?

So I must have clicked on something and now every time I turn on my new nokia lumia 630 I can't use it because there is a voice telling me what i click on and a yellow box shows up around it. how can i fix this?

You have enabled NARRATOR.

You have to hold down the volume up button and the Windows logo button at the same time
