Can't view desktop properly.
After installing windows 10 technical preview I noticed a very annoying issue. I can't see the desktop borders at all. There is no bottom, top, left or right. This includes when windows are maximized like google chrome, you can't see the very top to click the X, maximize, etc. When I boot up a video game, this issue is no longer apparent, and I can see the entire game just fine. But once i'm back to my desktop or anywhere else, it's hell. Any ideas? I've tried the resolutions and updating my graphics drivers, but am at a loss as no one else seems to be having this issue currently.
