Why can't I watch Live Stream on my Lumia 625?

why cant i watch live stream on my lumia 625

For example I am on Twitter and someone would have a caption saying watch us streaming live (ex live broadcast etc....)

There is a good chance they are using Flash which is not supported by Windows Phone.
