Why can't my Lumia 640 sync the Outlook Calendar?

Lumia 640, can't sync the Outlook Calendar

Got the Outlook mailbox set up and it syncs emails fine. Also syncs calendar items from the computer to the Lumia...but not from the Lumia 640 to the computer???

Odd. Can anyone point me in the right direction?
