Why can't my phone install any apps?

My Phone Can't Install ANY App ?!

Hi everyone,
As of yesterday, my Lumia 640 XL LTE can't install any app or update existing ones.
I only get the messgae "Attention required. Tap Here" and then " We're having trouble installing this app. ..etc...etc" Try again...check if your phone is up to date.
I have tried different wifi and to update/install through cellular network but it made no difference.
My Phone has windows 8.1. with update 2
I never had problem like this with this phone. I install and update apps regulary. Last apps to install were couple of video games for my son.
Can anyone help with the problem pls?

Have you power-cycled and tried resetting your phone? Do you get an error code with letters/numbers that suggest what is the potential cause?

Yes, I got the error code 80070490.

I have restarted my phone and last night I tried everything I have found on the internet about this error code.
But no help. Although I can install apps on the phone. But I can not install them on SD card.
Also I can not move them to SD card.

Do you have multiple SD cards to try? It may be a faulty SD card.

Also, check to make sure your date and time are correct.

add memory card then try , because it has 8gb and from 8 4 to 5 gb it takes system , so

MicroSD card has bad sector or corrupt file. This is what I did:
- Backed up contacts and data to web.
- Logged into web and exported contacts to local drive. .
- Turned off phone.
- Removed MicroSD card.
- Copied MicroSD data (pictures, videos, documents) to my laptop.
- Formatted (Quick) MicroSD card in my laptop
- Turned on phone. (No MicroSD)
- Reset to factory specs.
- After going through "new phone" click throughs, created new Outlook account. Turned off back ups and updates.
- Turned off phone. Installed MicroSD card.
- Set phone to install new apps and contacts to MicroSD.
- Logged into Web on new outlook account and imported contacts.
- Sync'ed phone for contacts.
Got my phone back!
