Why can't my Surface 2 connect to the store?

my surface 2 cannot connect to store

hello,

I have not used my surface 2 for a few months and after a few updates after I turn it on, It cannot access the store anymore. I checked and there is no further update.
Are there anyone having same issue and how to solve it ?
