Why Cortana's settings must ALL be set to the same language?

It is problematic. I have the "Single language" edition, in spanish. I had 8.1 and I upgraded to 10 so I could use Cortana in english, and I can't because I can't change the system language to spanish.

You need to set region and get appropriate speech pack for that region and that's it, once you set region and download speech it should works just fine...

I have the same problem, I have my windows in English. I would like to have Cortana y Spanish. But this configuration is not possible right now. I need to choose to have both windows and Cortana in English or Windows and Cortana in Spanish.
