Why I could not proceed, a femalevoice over keep on talking

I could not proceed with menu, a female voice over keeps on talking, asking me to double tap the screen. But still it does not proceed to the main screen. Rebooted it, soft and hard, but still the same. I need your help please. Been using my Lu ia 630 for 3 months, this thing just happened since last night.
