Why I lost my 92 level, when I change to Windows 10?

I have the game Mirrors of Albion and I get the 92 level. Then, my PC, with Windows 8.1 had a problem on the disk and the tecnic change the disk and install the Windows 10. Now, I lost my progress, my friends and my money!!!
Can you help me, please? Thanks and best regards.
My name on the game is NINA, I was VIP6.
