Why didn't I recieve Onedrive storage as promised by Microsoft?

did'nt recieve onedrive storage as promised by microsoft

i had purchased a nokia L730 DS 5 days back and as promised by microsoft & nokia i should get a addition of 15GB onedrive storage to my account which i did not recieved yet. when i contacted my retailer he said it was offer available only for september purchase only, i thought to ask hi from where **** he got L730 in september. Please somebody help me i have tried every possible way for it.

You already have 1TB of free storage on OneDrive and you're complaining about not getting an extra 15GB??

You get 15 GB free for just having OneDrive and when you set up your phone to auto upload your photos you get a 15gb camera roll bonus, are you talking about any of these?
