Why do I have a sadly smile on my start screen?

Sadly smile on my start screen

It appear when i reset my phone. I use l620. Please help

Probably time to give it a hard reset(erases all data) or better yet, use the Lumia Software Recovery Tool(brings you back to 8.1) . You can find the guide in today's write up, a few hours ago.
