Why do I have low call volume when using earphones?

Low call volume when using earphones.

Hii,
I have been using a Lumia 730 since the past 3 months. During a call if i use my earphones the volume is very low. But it is normal when i'm playing a game or listening to music. Problem with the earphone or phone?

Try this next time someone calls you: during the call, press the volume up button to increase the in-call volume.
