why i register videos with no sound

For 4-6days already i try to record and almost all the time the phone dont register sound , when i call with speaker on the person that i call doesen't hear anithing , shazam dont work neather , it doesent hear anithing

This is a recent addition to the defect list of 930 devices. Many of us have already reported the issue. There are threads already running an discussing on the issue. However we don't have a solution yet.
