Why do my camera pictures go dark after a while?

camera pictures go dark after a while

Lumina 635 I take pictures and they are stored in the photo section I come back later and they are all grey.

Storing them to an SD Card? I'm willing to wager the phone is unable to write to the card due to some incompatibility or defect on the card. It happens more often than you realize.

Remove the card, and use your phone without it for a couple of days. If the issue disappears, it is a faulty card. Test the card with your PC. You may find it won't even format from a PC.
