My Family settings prevent app downloading
I have an issue with my new Windows Phone device. When trying to download an app from the marketplace I get this message:

I am extremely frustrated with this. I changed my account age and have no problems with my PC with this setting, why is this happening? How do I get rid of this awfulness?
