When I hover the cursor over cortana icon in the task bar the "ask me anything" text flashes on and off erratically, then I have to click repeatedly for it to open. Same thing occurs for "task view" icon and "notifications" icon.
Why does Cortana icon not work when I click on it in Windows 10 on my desktop?
